THE OBESITY 'PANDEMIC'

More than 5,000,000,000 (BILLION) Homo Sapiens have what I consider to be 'excess' body fat. Meaning that they have more than what is optimal for health and our lives. Of these people, 1 Billion are OBESE, 2.6 Billion are OVERWEIGHT, and finally 1.4+ Billion are skinny-fat, chubby or 'plump'...

This number is expanding just as fast as the world population.

Back in 1970 that was only 15% at most with excess bodyfat.

Before 1900 that was less than 1%.

The PANDEMIC IS SPREADING.

CONSEQUENCES OF OBESITY

CANCER

14 different types of cancer directly linked to having excess body fat; particularly stored on internal organs, and obesity generally.

FERTILITY

Average male sperm count has depreciated more than 53% since 1970. 39% of men regarded as being overweight have little to no sperm. 81% of obese men have little or no sperm.

ATTRACTIVENESS

Generally speaking, to be as attractive as possible means to be as healthy as possible. Having excess body fat, particularly on men, is extremely unattractive and unhealthy. However, same is generally true for women.

RESPECT

To be respected by all, first respect thyself. Respect is created within you and expelled outward. No one will respect someone who doesn't respect themselves. And fat people almost never respect themselves. That's why you get made fun of and teased.

SELF-IMAGE

Your perception of yourself is what allows for self-repect. The image you see in the mirror is disgusting, and so you treat yourself like that. And so you feel like that...

CONFIDENCE

Your confidence is built upon your self-repect and thus your self-image. Then this image is projected outwardly and people will percieve you as such. You will not be confident as someone who is fat.

MENTAL HEALTH

Your mental health is also dictated by such things like self-image and confidence. But also your microbiome (which is fucked) helps regulate your mood and psychological aspects of health.

DISEASE

The diet, habits and excess body fat cause you to become ridden with diseases that no one can pronounce. Metabolic dysfunction, heart disease, cardiovascular disease, cancers, sleep apnoea, alzeimer's, dementia...

EVERY YEAR 2.8 MILLION + PEOPLE DIE FROM OBESITY

If you think that this is a fucking joke, then just sit back and watch your entire bloodline pass before your eyes before you perish yourself.

Ultimately, everyone suffers the consequences of their actions, no matter what.

Just like a serial killer deserves the consequences of their actions (life sentence imprisonment) or a tobacco addict deserves the consequences of their actions (emphysema, premature death); you too, deserve the consequences of your actions.

Good thing is: no good deed goes unpunished...
